Rihanna performed “Lift Me Up” her Best Original Song-nominated single from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at the 95th Academy Awards.

She sang with a backing band while standing atop a grassy platform, wearing a diamond-embroidered baby doll top, black pants, and leather gloves.

In the Dolby Theater, Rihanna’s emotional performance received a standing ovation from the audience, including the artist’s super fan boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, who raised his glass in celebration.

The song, with music by Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Göransson and lyrics by Tems and Ryan Coogler, peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100.
