A transgender man with the name Anthony Daniel Nsikan popularly known as Jay Boogie is currently fighting for his life as one of his BBL procedures went wrong.
According to a statement he shared on his Instagram page, he had the surgery done at CGE healthcare.
However, after developing complications from the procedure, the health facility “abandoned” him and refused to take responsibility.
Jay Boogie said he has been on Dialysis and treatment of Sepsis since November 1, 2023.
He solicited for public funds as he has “exhausted his life savings” and could no longer afford the fees for his treatment as he spends ₦600,000 daily on dialysis treatment alone.
Just recently, a report circulated claiming that the transgender needs a kidney transplant.
Following this, CGE healthcare broke its silence by releasing a statement over the matter saying there is no need for kidney transplant yet.
