Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has urged Nigerians to stop dwelling on his personal life and instead pay attention to the pressing challenges confronting the nation.
The veteran singer made the call on December 12, 2025, while performing at a live event where he thrilled fans with some of his hit songs.
Addressing the audience, 2Baba expressed concern that public discussions about his marriage to Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru, had dragged on for too long.
According to him, issues of national importance deserve far more attention than gossip about his private affairs.
The award-winning artiste noted that after years of entertaining Nigerians through his music, it was time for citizens to redirect their energy toward matters that genuinely affect the country.
“Make una ignore all that nonsense. Some serious things are happening in Nigeria.”
“I’ve entertained you all enough. Let’s focus on more important things,” he told the crowd.
