A similar incident has happened again. This time, in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja.

Since the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Bola Tinubu the winner of the 2023 presidential election, Nigerians have not ceased to experience different protests.

The youths and the women are angry. In some states people who can no longer bear the anger storm the streets to protest.

Abuja Strip Protest

It was what we saw in Abuja on Monday, but this time at a strategic location. Youths and women showed up in front the United States Embassy in Abuja, half-naked.

Recently, some persons have wondered how the international community picture Nigeria now.

Before now some Nigerians in diaspora alleged that they are no longer proud to be Nigerians.

Some says it is because of ugly incidents like this.

The angry women, who are members of the Free Nigeria Movement, protested at the US Embassy over the alleged rigging and discrepancies that happened during the 2023 polls.

The protesters held placards with various inscriptions.

What they want is simple.

Basically, the protesters want the US Government to place a visa ban on the instigators of violence during the just concluded election.
