Marcus Rashford has been spotted arriving at Manchester United’s training ground ahead of crunch talks with manager Erik ten Hag.
Rashford was embroiled in controversy last week after reportedly visiting a Belfast nightclub on Wednesday and Thursday night.
The second incident came just hours before he was supposed to be in United training, with the forward telling management that he was ill – something that the club reiterated in a statement released ahead of his side’s FA Cup victory over Newport County on Sunday.
However, speaking before that same match, Ten Hag gave an ominous update, telling BBC Sports: “He reported ill in the last few hours yesterday.
“It’s an internal matter. I deal with it.
“It’s an internal matter”.
And now, as reported by the Daily Mail, Rashford has arrived at Carrington to hold sit-down talks with the first-team boss.
His brother and agent Dane was also pictured pulling into the club’s training facilities on Monday morning.
Rashford may be feeling the heat, considering the strict discipline Ten Hag has dished out since taking over at Old Trafford.
Not only did Cristiano Ronaldo depart the club after publicly criticising the Dutchman back in 2022; more recently, Jadon Sancho was banished to train alone, following a spat with the ex-Ajax boss.

It remains to be seen what punishment awaits Rashford for his apparent indiscretion.
But the player can ill afford any off-field distractions at present.
The 26-year-old has endured a miserable season so far, scoring just four times in 20 Premier League appearances as well as receiving criticism for his supposed lack of work rate.
