This was one of the major setbacks of the general election and the people are monitoring it.

As of 8 am in the Idah community of Kogi State, the election began with the INEC officials arriving early to start the process.

Many of the people on the ground are elderly ones who are very intentional at the moment to ensure that they carry out their civic duties.

Thus far the process has been peaceful and seamless and INEC seems very prepared.
