Today promises to be an exciting day in Bayelsa, Kogi, and Imo State as the off-cycle 2023 governorship elections kick off.
As usual, we should not be shocked when reports of violence, thuggery, vote buying, and overvoting emerge, for truly, these are core ingredients as far as Nigerian politics is concerned.
