The Chief of staff to president Bola Tinubu joined the list of Surulere residents who took part in the bye-election.

Gbajabiamila, a former House of Representative speaker, participated in the election to pick a candidate that will succeed him at the parliament.

In spite of the low turn out of voters that has mared the Feb 3, Surulere 1 federal constituency bye-election.

The Chief of staff to the president, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has wished his party candidate the best at the polls.


Gbajabiamila who was in Surulere to vote as a resident of the carried out his civic duty early this morning and wished Fuad Kayode Laguda success.

Do not forget that the bye-election is being conducted to find a suitable replacement to Gbajabiamila’s vacant seat in the House of Representative.

The former speaker of the House of Representative, is solidly rooting for Laguda to come out tops in this election.

Gbajabiamila was one of the longest serving members of the house of Reps, his seat became vacant after he resigned due to president Tinubu ‘s appointment.
