Joy has again returned to the camp of the All Progressives Congress (APC), following the affirmation of Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 election by the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
The much-anticipated judgement was delivered on September 6, and again, President Bola Tinubu proved to Nigerians why he is called ‘Jagaban’.
The master strategist brought to bear his political prowess, and again, Nigerians witnessed a miraculous turn of events.
The Twist
Supporters of other parties, particularly the Labour Party, were in a mirage, seeing some sort of victory coming, after Peter Obi took weeks to roll out numerous boxes of evidence in court.
The numerous evidence presented by Obi even sent cold shivers down the spine of APC supporters.
But in a shocking turn of events, the Presidential Tribunal in its judgement told Nigerians that the Labour Party candidate did not present any evidence.
Celebration
After 100 days in office, President Tinubu had a reason to celebrate. For the first time, nothing else mattered, not even the military coup sweeping across Africa.
Some Governors of the APC and ministers celebrated with President Bola Tinubu too.

In a video posted by the media aides to the President, the governors, ministers and aides were singing and rejoicing with President Tinubu, who is away in India for the G-20 Summit.
Among those spotted in the video were Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuff Tuggar, among others.
