The chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area in Rivers State, Samuel Nwanosike, has accused the State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, of being part of those sponsoring kidnappings and other forms of insecurity in Abuja.

Nwanosike‘s judgement is based on the recent political tussle that broke out between Fubara and his predecessor in Rivers State.

That crisis rocked the state for days, leaving many properties, including the House of Assembly in ruins. It only took the intervention of President Bola Tinubu to restore peace in the state.

Despite the settlement, Nwanosike believes that the kidnappings in Abuja were linked to that political tussle.

Wike Will Not Leave Office

To him, Fubara is supporting the insecurity in Abuja because he wants Wike, to be sacked as the Minister.
