Nigerian transgender woman and LGBT personality, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has come out to clear the air on “her” gender.
The transgender shared a post on his Instagram page with the inscription, “I am officially a woman”
Bobrisky captioned it; “Take note now For non believer, kiss my a$$”

This public declaration is coming as a shock to many as LGBT is an offense punishable by the law in Nigeria.
SSMPA is the first legislation that comes to the mind of every Nigerian when issues of transgenderization are mentioned.
Conversely, the SSMPA is the legislation outlawing homosexuality (be it club, association or organization) and imposing imprisonment terms of up to 14 years for people found guilty under the Act.

Put in another way, the erstwhile dead provisions of the law catch up with transgender people when they decide to engage in sexual relationship with others.
In the process of social transitioning, transgender people tend to relate with others just like every other human being.
This is the very genesis of the application of the various penalties spelt by the law. Section 284 of the Penal Code states that:
“Whoever has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with a man, woman or an animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of which may extend to fourteen years and shall also be liable to fine.”
Does this mean Bobrisky is above the law or currently not in Nigeria for being bold enough to make the statement of his gender change?
Mummy Of Lagos
The transgender is also known for “her”presence on the social media apps; Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram.
The male Barbie who likes referring to himself as “Mummy Of Lagos” usually advises ladies on social media on how to date rich men.
He claims he dates rich man and, as a result, flaunts wealth supposedly gotten from “her” men.
