Rapper Ice Prince has shared his lifestyle changes and describes it as a “Testimony of Grace”.
In an Instagram post, he explains that he now focuses on discipline, structure, and health.

Diet Overhaul
He has cut out sugar and also removes alcohol, wine, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta and bread from his diet.
He also quit smoking and stops using seed and vegetable oils completely.
Ice Prince Daily Fitness Routine
He now builds his daily routine around morning and evening walks and also adds regular workouts.
He practices celibacy and drinks water, homemade smoothies or coconut water daily.
In addition, he takes ginger tea, green tea or black coffee each day.

Structured Lifestyle Habits
He follows OMAD four times weekly and uses TWOMAD three times weekly.
He balances his meals with 50% protein, 30% vegetables and 20% carbohydrates.
Furthermore, he sleeps by 10pm and gets six to seven hours of rest each night.
He reads for one hour daily and maintains a simple, focused routine.
He also chews gum and stays focused on his personal priorities.
Importantly, he says he has never taken drugs, substances or supplements in his life.
Finally, he describes his journey as ongoing discipline and calls it a “work in prograce.”
