Adeniyi Johnson has warned the public about someone impersonating him online.

On Tuesday, he posted on Instagram and said a UK-based individual is using his identity.

He shared a screenshot of a conversation showing how the impersonator contacts people.
He made it clear he has no connection to the person behind the messages.

He explained that the phone number does not belong to him.
He also said he does not use a manager or assistant for business dealings.

He urged fans to ignore any messages, offers or proposals from the impersonator.
He further asked the public to report the number to prevent further harm.
“Scam alert.
I do not know this person or represent whatever he or she stands for.
I have never used this number and, for now, I have no manager or personal assistant.
Please ignore chats or business proposals from him or her.
I do not know them.
Please, let’s frustrate this number with calls and report it as well,” he wrote.
