Billionaire businessman Dr Adedeji Adeleke has disclosed that he has been financially supporting Anu for several years, despite knowing she is not his granddaughter.
He stated that his actions were driven purely by compassion
Speaking recently, he revealed that he personally covered Anu’s school fees
Also, he offered her mother a scholarship at his university, including a monthly upkeep allowance of ₦50,000.
“I have been paying Anu’s school fees and taking care of her for years. I gave Anu’s mother a scholarship at my university with money for upkeep of ₦50,000 every month, knowing fully well that Anu is not my granddaughter. I did all of these out of compassion,” he said.
However, Dr Adeleke expressed frustration over the ongoing controversy surrounding the matter.
He suggested that the situation has now taken an unreasonable turn.
Also, he added that the family is considering legal action if the claims continue.
“At this point, her behaviour is becoming irrational, and we are considering taking the matter to court,” he stated

The comments come amid renewed public discussions surrounding long-standing paternity allegations involving the Adeleke family.
