He firmly stated that multiple DNA tests have proven his son is not the father of her child.

Speaking on the matter, Dr Adeleke explained that he could not release Davido’s full DNA profile to the public.

He cited legal and security concerns.

I can’t share David’s DNA profile because if someone commits a crime tomorrow and the police release that DNA profile, an innocent person could be jailed,” he said.

He added that the child’s DNA results could also not be made public because she is a minor and he does not have parental consent to do so.

Recalling the first DNA test, Dr Adeleke said the laboratory confirmed Davido was not the father.

This is a result that reportedly left the child’s grandmother devastated.

He disclosed that when Davido was shown the girl, the singer insisted he had never seen her before but maintained that the DNA result was the only thing that mattered.

He told me, ‘Daddy, I have never seen this girl before.’ I told him if the child was ours, I would take full responsibility,” Dr Adeleke said.

Also, he added that he advised Davido not to contact the child’s mother to avoid any form of harassment allegations.

Unsatisfied with the initial result, Dr Adeleke said he suggested conducting two additional DNA tests

Also, he stated that he personally covered accommodation and upkeep for Ayo, her mother and the child.

However, he claimed Ayo’s mother later left angrily for Ibadan before the tests could be completed.

According to him, the matter resurfaced in 2020 when the child’s aunt reached out, leading to further confirmatory tests.

BRED

To address claims that the child might belong to Davido’s cousin, Bred, Dr Adeleke revealed that a total of five DNA tests were conducted

Three involved Davido and two involves Bred — all of which returned negative results.

Responding to allegations that the results were manipulated, Dr Adeleke said he compared the findings with Imade’s 2015 DNA test, which confirmed Davido’s paternity at 99.9 per cent.

The DNA profiles were completely different,” he stated.
