Beninese-American actor Djimon Hounsou has reportedly involved law enforcement.
This was after an alleged physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Riza Simpson, at his Atlanta townhouse.

According to reports, Hounsou told Atlanta police that Simpson struck him in the face with a closed fist after he asked her to leave the residence.
The actor stated that their two children, whom they share together, were upstairs at the time of the incident.
Police noted that while the children did not witness the alleged assault, they may have heard it.
Also, the actor reportedly filed the complaint in December.
On Friday, officers from the Atlanta Police Department executed an arrest warrant at the same residence and took Simpson into custody.
She was charged with simple assault and obstruction, both misdemeanour offences, after police alleged she provided false information when questioned.
Authorities further disclosed that Simpson was with the children at the time of her arrest.
Officers said they could hear the children crying in the background when they knocked on the door.
