Popular social media personality and chef, Desmond Scott, has confirmed the end of his marriage to his wife, Kristy Scott.
He admitted that his personal “choices” played a major role in their divorce.
In a statement shared via his Instagram Story on Sunday, Desmond disclosed that he initiated conversations about separating towards the end of 2025.
Also, he acknowledged making decisions he deeply regrets, which ultimately contributed to the breakdown of their marriage.
The chef publicly apologised to Kristy, their family members, and followers who have been affected by the news.
He emphasised that Kristy will always remain a priority as the mother of their two sons.
He reaffirmed his commitment to co-parenting and being an active, loving presence in his children’s lives.
According to Desmond, both parties made genuine efforts to resolve their challenges, but after open discussions and accountability on his part, they mutually agreed to proceed with a divorce.
