Popular skit maker and streamer, Carter Efe, has revealed that he parted ways with his baby mama, Emmanuella, over a year ago.
She describes the separation as a deeply painful but transformative experience.
In a series of posts shared on Instagram, the entertainer disclosed that the relationship negatively affected his mental health, finances, and creativity.
This leaves him unable to think clearly or consistently create content for nearly two years.
Also, he noted that the period also came with financial struggles and emotional strain.
Carter Efe admitted that the hardest part of the separation was being away from his child, whom he did not see for several months.
However, he stressed that he refused to allow the setback to derail his ambition and determination.
According to him, his recent growth, happiness, and increased visibility in the streaming space came after he distanced himself from the relationship.
Also, he expressed gratitude to God for his recovery, stating that he is now in a much better place emotionally, mentally, and professionally.
