Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, throws jabs at the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi for always backing up his claims with statistical data.
Tinubu said this during his visit to the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom where he was given the title of Iyelawei of Gbaramatu kingdom.
The presidential candidate claims it is beyond him to mention Obi’s name.

In his words, “The other one (Peter Obi) that one, he think na statistics we go chop(sic). He lies with arithmetics that no Indian can solve it. To mention his name is a disgrace to me self (sic). I won’t mention the name.
“Wrong arithmetic, wrong statistics to warehouse economy and that’s not what Nigeria needs.”
Tinubu also throws jabs at the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, telling him to rest from running for office too many times.
He said, “As I stand before you, there are few of us left running. One says he is Atiku, how many times has he been running? He is always running and he is tired. Tell him to go and sit down.”
