In a recent episode of a podcast, Mojisola Hunponu-Wusu, the CEO of Woodhall Capital, sparked a thought-provoking conversation by revealing that she has never cooked at home.

The founder of Woodhall Capital, Mojisola Hunponu-Wusu, said she’s been married for 20 years but has never done cooking at home.

She talked about this on ‘The Diary Of A Naija Girl” podcast with Ifedayo Agoro.

Hunponu-Wusu explained that she would have liked to cook and do other chores, but she never had the time.

She said: “I don’t get to cook. I would have loved to get more time, not even for cooking but for other things across the family.

“So, I’m not even zooming in on cooking… I love and admire women who have the time but I’m through to the path God has set me and that is the entrepreneurial path”.

When she was asked if her husband was worried about her not cooking, she replied that cooking might not be his way of expressing love.

Hilda Baci Speaks About Cooking

Some people think that nowadays, men should help their wives in the kitchen.

But a well-known Nigerian chef named Hilda Effiong Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, recently said she wouldn’t be with a man who can cook.

The former Guinness World Record holder said she enjoys cooking and wouldn’t want a man who is better than her in the kitchen.

“I don’t want a man who knows how to cook.

“I really enjoy cooking. My friends can tell you. I love to show my love by cooking for them.

“If you’re my man, I’ll cook for you anytime. If you wake me up in the middle of the night asking for a doughnut or a meat pie, I’ll happily make it for you.
