A teaser trailer for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was dropped on Sunday, September 10, 2023, showing Jason Momoa back in the DC Universe in the sequel that’s dropping on December 20.
The full trailer will be dropping on Thursday, September 14, 2023, and you can watch the preview in the video posted above.
James Wan returns to direct the Aquaman followup, with Momoa starring as the titled character alongside Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Nicole Kidman.
There had been a report in July speculating that Warner Bros may push Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom into 2024, and while the studio did push Dune: Part Two into next year, Aquaman 2 will arrive in theaters just before Christmas.
