See Reason Why Wike Visa Might Get Visa Ban There have been unconfirmed reports of alleged violence in some polling units in Rivers State during the Presidential and National Assembly elections on Saturday, February 25.

The River state Governor, Wike allegedly engaged in thuggery during the most recent election in 2023.

This development is making people desire a form of punishment  for the Rivers governor.

Many believe he would want to leave the country, if allegations against he are true.

As a result, people want to stop him from “japaing”(leaving) out of the country, putting forward a request that his visa be revoked.

No fewer than 50,000 persons have virtually signed a petition on change.org for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and the entirety of the European and Asian continents to revoke the visas of the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike. They claim Wike was involved in electoral malpractices.

Punch reports that the progenitor of the petition, Onyebuchi Ezeagabu, alleged that Governor Wike was “operating to destroy electoral process,” adding that the eligibility of the governor’s visa and that of his family should be revoked.

“The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has been operating to destroy the electoral process in the state he governs.

“We demand his and his family’s visa eligibility be revoked,” Ezeagabu wrote.

A signee of the petition, Amechi Victor, said, “He is against democracy in Nigeria. He just manipulated election results.”
