Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay, the ex-wife of music legend 2Face Idibia, has shared a heartfelt message to her daughter, advising her not to endure the struggles she faced in her marriage.
In a cryptic Instagram story post on Monday, September 8, 2025, Annie wrote:
“I hope my daughter doesn’t accept things I’ve accepted, that she knows her worth from the start and that no matter what, she always has me in her corner.”
The post is believed to reflect her marital experience with 2Face, with whom she parted ways earlier this year.
Before their separation, the singer fathered five children outside their marriage.
2Face officially announced his split from Annie in January 2025 and later tied the knot with Natasha Osawaru in a private ceremony in July 2025.
