Beyonce's New Orleans Mansion Gutted By Fire

 

 

American singer, Beyonce and billionaire rapper Jay Z’s mansion worth $2.4 million recently caught fire.

Reports making it’s rounds states that the fire incident maybe a case of arson.

According to TMZ, the fire incident occurred on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, with the firefighters invited to the mansion to contain the fire.

The fire was said to have began at 6:15 p.m. and was fully extinguished by 8:30 p.m.

“If they didn’t get there when they did, it could have been much worse. It’s a historic home,” a spokesman of the fire department said.

However, It took 22 firefighters to put out the fire from the mansion. Fortunately, there were no casualties in the fire incident.

 

 

The house which is located in New Orleans was reportedly built in 1925 as a Presbyterian church before it was re-purposed as a ballet school.

The 3-story house features a main residence, 3 separate apartments, 26-foot ceilings and a green roof.
