Early success gave Sarz confidence, but it also fuelled an ego that damaged his relationships in the music industry.
During a conversation with The Fadar, the producer reflected on his early years in music and admitted that he avoided working with colleagues because he believed he outperformed many of them.
Industry Ego And Early Struggles
According to Sarz, he entered the industry determined to impress everyone around him.
At the same time, he constantly pushed himself to stand out.
However, that mindset gradually made him look down on other artistes and producers.

As the years passed, experience changed his perspective.

He soon realised that growth never ends and that every creative person offers something valuable.
Openness To Collaboration And Growth
Because of that lesson, the music star now welcomes collaborations and learns from people around him, including rising talents.
“When I started making music, I was very hot-headed.
I really wanted to impress everybody. I just thought I was the best thing to exist in music.
“But now I understand that I don’t know it all.
I’m always willing to learn from anyone — even someone that just started yesterday,” he said.
