The island’s appeal for Nigerians stems largely from its unique access to the United States E-2 investor visa, allowing them to live and work in the US.

Moreover, founder of Range Developments, Mohammed Asaria, emphasised that Grenada offers additional advantages, including strong global mobility and long-term investment opportunities.

Citizenship Routes And Benefits

Investors can obtain citizenship through two main routes: a contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), starting at $150,000 for individuals, or investment in pre-approved real estate projects, starting at $220,000.

Investors must hold property for five years, after which they can sell it while retaining citizenship.

Furthermore, Grenadian passports provide visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, including the Schengen Area and the UK.

Applicants must be over 18, demonstrate good character and health, and prove legitimate funds.

The Citizenship by Investment Committee typically approves applications within 90–120 days.

Consequently, Nigerian investors see Grenada as more than a passport—it represents a gateway to global opportunities.
