Nigerian music star Davido has reacted to allegations that he owes $50,000 in wedding planning fees, describing the claim as “crazy.”
The singer made this known on Sunday, January 25, 2026, while responding to the allegation circulating online. In a brief reaction, Davido wrote, “This is just crazy atp (at this point),” dismissing the claim.
The allegation followed reports that Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, CEO of the event planning company responsible for Davido and Chioma’s wedding, had called out the singer over an alleged unpaid debt.
