Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has finally reacted to comments made by Grammy-nominated Afrobeat artiste Seun Kuti.
Seun Kuti had, during several livestreams, openly criticized Wizkid and his fan base, repeatedly taking jabs at the superstar and sparking widespread reactions online.
Following the backlash, Wizkid broke his silence by responding on both Instagram and X.
On his Instagram story, the singer dismissed Seun Kuti’s remarks with a blunt message, writing, “I big pass your papa!!
“Wetin you don do? I’m Big Wiz everyday.”
He continued the exchange on X, where he appeared to mock the situation, stating, “Ok everybody better pass Wizkid!
“Can we all sleep now? Fela fight for freedom, this fool dey fight FC!”
