Nigerian singer Qdot has opened up about a traumatic robbery experience that occurred in September 2025.
He recounted the ordeal through his newly released song titled ‘28 of Sept’.
The artiste revealed that he was robbed at gunpoint in his home.

This is an incident that left him deeply shaken and struggling with fear, anxiety, and lingering trauma.
Channeling his emotions into music, Qdot described the new track as a raw reflection of the most terrifying moment of his life.
Released in January 2026, ‘28 of Sept’ explores themes of survival, gratitude, faith, and resilience.
He offers his listeners an intimate glimpse into the emotional aftermath of the attack.
According to Qdot, the assailants made away with several valuables, including his mobile phones and laptops, emptied his bank accounts, and also took control of his social media accounts during the incident.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the singer disclosed that the trauma continues to affect his daily life.
Also, he reveals that he wakes up every night around 2:30 a.m. in fear and is unable to sleep peacefully.
“Even though September 28 has passed, the trauma is still with me,” he wrote. “I wake up every night at 2:30 a.m. in fear and can no longer sleep peacefully. I pray for healing and peace, and for stronger government action so this suffering can finally end.”
Qdot also used the moment to call on the government and security agencies to take more decisive action in addressing insecurity.

Also, he tagged the Lagos State Government and the Lagos Police Command in his appeal.
