Nigerian influencer Enioluwa has criticized the country’s leaders for their apparent indifference toward the rising wave of violence across Nigeria.
His comments follow an attack on a church in Kwara State, where a livestream captured panicked worshippers fleeing for their lives.

Reacting to the footage, Enioluwa highlighted the reality that anyone can fall victim to the ongoing insecurity.
He tweeted, “One of the biggest problems with leadership in this country is the complete lack of care and compassion.”
“Something terrible can happen, and by the next day the leaders in that state are hosting a party; no awareness, no empathy, no sense of responsibility.”
In another post, he shared the haunting scene of an elderly woman fleeing during the attack, saying:
“I can’t shake the image of that old woman running for her life; everyone too terrified to help because they’re trying to save themselves too.”
“Even though she knows death is near, nobody wants to go out in such a tragic, senseless way.”
“It was a horrible sight… and the worst part is that it’s happening right beside me.”
Earlier, Enioluwa had warned of the dangers of public desensitization to violence, writing:
“The scary thing right now is how often we hear bad news.”
“It becomes too frequent that after a while, you start to feel numb.”
“It begins to sound normal; doesn’t make you flinch, doesn’t make you sad, just sounds normal.”
“And honestly, the moment tragedy starts to feel normal, it is a dangerous place to be.”
“This is a very dangerous place to be.”
