Comedian and digital creator Shank Comics, whose real name is Adesokan Adedeji Emmanuel, narrowly escaped injury after being involved in a car crash on Saturday.
The accident happened during a live stream, with viewers witnessing the aftermath in real time.
The vehicle, belonging to fellow content creator Habby Forex, suffered major front-end damage and became immobile.
Videos circulating online captured Shank standing beside Habby at the crash site, as bystanders gathered, with both creators appearing unharmed.
Taking to Instagram after the incident, Shank expressed gratitude and relief, writing: “The craziest thing happened to me today on stream. I crashed! God is good. Sorry for your Benz @habbyforex_. God, thank you. This would have gone worse. Drive safe guys.”
Shank gained prominence during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown through relatable comedy skits.
He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University.
