Afrobeats star Omah Lay has opened up about his current mindset.
He stated that while he is not ready to become a father, he feels spiritually grounded and emotionally elevated.
The singer, real name Stanley Omah Didia, shared the thoughts in a string of reflective Snapchat posts.
He emphasisies that he enjoys a calm, detached peace even as life continues to unfold around him.
According to him, “I’m very much not ready to be a baby daddy but I’m their father, their father in the highest, at peace in Heaven blowing clean Canada.”
He added that external events rarely disturb his inner state: “Everything happens but nothing ever happens to me. I don’t expect you to understand…”
Omah Lay also admitted he misses a Yoruba woman he once had strong feelings for.
He explained that he adores Yoruba ladies but often pulls back when romantic energy becomes overwhelming.
