Sometimes, you could get so less concerned that you do not even know the Senator representing your senatorial district. We know these things about lack of trust for politicians.Â

As a result of this knowledge gap, this article captures a list of all the Senators elected during the February 25, 2023 general elections.
A total of 109 seats were keenly contested for by all the 18 party’s that participated in the just concluded elections conducted by the Independent national Electoral Commission (INEC)
The All Progressive’s Congress (APC) won 59 seats in the red chamber directly followed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with 40 member strength.
The Young Peoples Party (YPP) and the New Nigerian People Party (NNPP) were able to get 2 seats each.
While the All Progressive’s Grand Alliance (APGA), Labour Party (LP) and the Social Democratic Party each won 1 seat in the senate.

A total of 3 seats were declared vacant and are yet to be filled.
