Self acclaimed activist and actor Yomi Fabiyi has also reacted to the release of his colleague Baba Ijesha from police custody on bail.
News broke out that the actor was granted bail on health grounds after spending weeks in police custody for allegedly defiling a minor.
However, things took a dramatic turn yesterday May 17, when Baba Ijesha was released on bail at the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID Panti on health grounds.
Fabiyi who protested for his release some days ago noted that human rights is the key.
According to him, Nigeria will develop and be more peaceful if government work more on human right.
“Abuja loun pe bi. Human Rights is Key. There can NEVER be true JUSTICE if human rights of suspects, complainant violated. Rights which include Fair Hearing and strict adherence to the RULE of LAW. Do more on Human Rights, then Nigeria will develop and be peaceful.”
