Abuja Protest

Charly Boy is a veteran Nigerian entertainer. His real name is Charles Oputa.

The activist applauds the youths for the ongoing peaceful protest in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Some Nigerian youths on daily basis storm the streets of Abuja and the INEC office demanding a return of their mandate.

They claim that the electoral umpire did not follow its guidelines for the election.

In a post on Instagram, Charly Boy commended the peaceful protest, saying his health challenge has not allowed him to join the youths.

He wrote: “Courageous Youths, I appreciate you all for the peaceful way you’ve conducted yourselves in the Abuja ongoing rally so far.

“But for my medical challenge I would have been with you all”.

The Mother Of Rallies

The entertainer promised to join the protesters next week which he described as the ‘mother of all rallies’ in Abuja.

“However, am recovering quickly and hopefully by next week I should be joining you all for the ‘mother of all rallies’.

“They will never mess with our mandate. Der fathers”.
