Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has suffered a thigh strain that will cause him to miss out on tomorrow evening’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
This is confirmed by an announcement by the club on their official homepage, which reveals that tests have determined that the 29-year-old has suffered a strain to his left thigh.
According to the club’s announcement, Lukaku experienced muscle pain during yesterday’s training session.
The Belgian was examined by the Nerazzurri’s medical staff, who discovered that he had strained his left thigh.
Lukaku returned from a similar injury in Inter’s Champions League match against Viktoria Plzen last week, and he also started Saturday’s Serie A match against Sampdoria.
Unfortunately, the 29-year-old has suffered a similar injury to his left thigh.
