Legendary Nigerian goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama says he is proud of the performance of Stanley Nwabali and the Super Eagles in the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations semi-final win over South Africa on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Chippa United FC shot-stopper, Stanley Nwabali, was the hero for Nigeria, stopping two penalty kicks to help the Super Eagles win 4-2 after penalty shootout in Bouake, Cote d’Ivoire.

Vincent Enyeama was Nigeria’s goalkeeper in 2013 when the West African nation won the AFCON title in South Africa. He took to social media with a message for his compatriots.

Also, the former Super Eagles skipper, was particular in praise of Nwabali who has come in to revoke memories of Enyeama’s outstanding display in goal for Nigeria.
