Emergency responders and firefighters had a good time battling to bring under control a fire outbreak at a Redeemed Church in Ikeja.
It was another situation that should remind everyone that we are in the dry season where fire incidents could happen anytime.
In fact, fire outbreaks are increasingly reoccurring in Lagos, leaving the victims with bitter experience.
A Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) House of David branch is being ravaged by fire.

The fire began at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. After several minutes operatives of the Lagos State Fire Service came in to save the day.
House of David is located around Adeniyi Jones in Ikeja axis of Lagos State.
The cause of the fire is, however, not known at this time.
About three weeks ago there was a fire incidence in Ibadan, Oyo State, a week after that some portions of the Mandilas building caught fire.
