Google has taken down micro-messaging platform, ‘Crowwe App,’ from its Playstore on Monday.
The app, promoted by Nigerian social critic, Adamu Garba, had suffered heavy backlash and poor reviews since the Federal Government banned microblogging heavyweight, Twitter.
It was also reported for mimicking terms and conditions of music streaming platform, Spotify.
A quick check by our reporter on the Playstore revealed that the app was unavailable as of press time.
The app was promoted as an alternative to Twitter since the June 4 ban.
