Nigerian actor and film producer, Dr. Uzee Usman Adeyemi, has showered praise on Nollywood actress and box office queen, Funke Akindele, for her kindness and love in the movie ‘A Tribe Called Judah’.

In an Instagram post, the actor revealed how Funke Akindele shifted the production of her latest cinema film ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ for one month because of him.

Uzee expressed gratitude to Funke Akindele for featuring him in the record-breaking box-office film.

According to the Kannywood actor, he had other jobs at the time, which made it quite challenging for him to be a part of Funke’s movie project.

However, featuring in Funke’s project became a challenge for him, but the actress was kind enough to suspend filming for one month so he could meet up.

Uzee, who plays the character Adamu, added that he fell sick on the first day on set, and Funke showed compassion and took care of him till he was able to shoot his scenes.

He wrote: “Olufunke Akindele, hmmmm, MY LOVER!!! I will tell you guys why I call her that.

“The first day I entered Funke Set camp, I fell seriously sick because I was coming from a hectic shoot, but she did not complain one bit.

In addition, she took total responsibility for my health and took very good care of me till I could shoot.

“Also, while we were filming, she was taking care of all the cast and crew like her own blood family”.

Reacting to Uzee’s post, Funke Akindele in the comment section appreciated and congratulated him.

“My darling Uzee, I love you. Thank you for the kind words. May God bless you.
