Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Chatta, has been thrown into mourning following the death of his son.
The 54-year-old actor announced the heartbreaking news on Saturday, September 6, 2025, through an Instagram post, where he shared his late son’s picture with the caption:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Ya Allah, You are the Knower of all things. Rest on, Dear son, champ.”
Ibrahim Chatta did not disclose details surrounding the boy’s death.
This tragedy comes months after the actor revealed he had earlier lost his first child, a daughter, due to lack of funds for proper medical care.
He recalled that his daughter had to be buried in an old wooden Coca-Cola crate because he could not afford a coffin at the time.
