Nollywood actor and producer Timini Egbuson has unveiled the official trailer for his upcoming romantic drama, Love and New Notes, ahead of its nationwide cinema release on February 13.
Announcing the trailer on Instagram, Egbuson teased the film’s central theme, writing: “Every house has its secrets… and love always finds a way out. Love & New Notes in cinemas nationwide February 13.”
Also, he added, “Timini Egbuson @_timini presents Love & New Notes.”
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Kayode Kasum, the movie features a star-studded cast that includes Sophie Alakija, Odunlade Adekola, Eniola Badmus and Kamo State.
Set in Lagos in 1984, Love and New Notes explores themes of love, ambition and complex relationships against the backdrop of a sudden, government-mandated currency change that disrupts everyday life.
Also, the trailer hints at a compelling blend of romance, drama and suspense.
Egbuson stars in the lead role as Boma, a struggling young man navigating love and survival during a period of economic uncertainty.

Produced by Muyi Banti, the film marks another significant step in Timini Egbuson’s growing career as a producer, following his earlier work on the romantic drama Reel Love.
