Historic First In Breweries Sector

This bond forms part of a larger ₦45 billion Bond Issuance Programme.

Importantly, it marks the first bond ever issued by a company in Nigeria’s breweries sector.

Strong Investor Confidence

Moreover, the issuance attracted strong interest from a wide range of institutional investors.

These investors included pension funds, asset managers, banks, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals.

Rand Merchant Bank acted as Lead Issuing House and Bookrunner, guiding the company throughout structuring, advisory, and investor engagement.

According to Chairman Imo-Abasi Jacob, the bond demonstrates both the company’s governance strength and investor trust.

Additionally, CEO Dr Inalegwu Adoga explained that the funds will support sustainable growth and reinforce market leadership.
