Popular TikToker, Peller, has been hospitalised after he was involved in a car accident in Lagos State on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred shortly after reports emerged of his emotional break-up with his girlfriend, Jarvis.
According to reports, Peller’s newly acquired Mercedes-Benz was damaged in the crash.
A disturbing video that later surfaced online showed the content creator in a visibly distressed state moments before the accident, where he appeared to express suicidal thoughts while addressing his fans.
In the clip, Peller was heard thanking his followers and stating that he was afraid of harming anyone, adding that his body was shaking as he spoke.
Reacting to the viral video, popular Nigerian influencer Tunde Ednut strongly condemned the action, describing it as unacceptable.
He questioned the decision to contemplate suicide over a relationship issue and called on relevant authorities to revoke Peller’s driving licence, citing concerns for public safety.
Ednut stressed that such behaviour posed a danger not only to the individual involved but also to other road users, urging that measures be taken to prevent a recurrence.
As of the time of this report, there has been no official statement on Peller’s medical condition or any response from the Lagos State authorities regarding the incident.
