Nigerian singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has opened up about how his busy music career has negatively impacted his love life and family relationships.
Taking to his X handle on Sunday, the Asiwaju crooner confessed that constant touring made it difficult for him to maintain a romantic relationship.
He also revealed that things got even more complicated after he changed his hairstyle.
“Being on the road has really affected my love life. It became worse after I went back to my black hair and low cut because these girls have been over rushing me. But deep down, I really wanna settle down soon,” Ruger wrote.
Despite being swarmed by admirers, the singer made it clear that he still desires to find lasting love and stability amid fame.
Ruger further admitted that his hectic touring schedule has also affected his relationship with his family, as he barely gets time to spend with them.
“I hardly even see my family coz trust me, I’m the most booked artist in this country. People want to see me on stage around the world. They want that Ruger sauce every month,” he added.
