Kim Kardashian has opened up about the surprising results of a recent brain scan, revealing concerns about “low brain activity” and an aneurysm that doctors say has been in her brain for years.

In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 45-year-old reality star met with celebrity physician Dr. Daniel Amen, who informed her that her frontal lobe showed unusually low activity.
Kardashian immediately rejected the result, insisting, “That just can’t be. I’m not accepting.”
Dr. Amen linked the low activity to chronic stress something Kim admitted aligns with her ongoing struggles, from preparing for the California Bar Exam to dealing with emotional fallout from her divorce from Kanye West.
The doctor also noted “holes” in the scan, indicating diminished activity, and warned that her frontal lobes were not functioning at the level needed to handle intense stress.
Despite this, he reassured her that she was not at high risk for Alzheimer’s and praised her for maintaining a positive attitude.
Kim, who recently revealed she failed the July 2025 bar exam sitting, said the findings don’t match how hard she has been working. “I’ve got to figure this out because I have things to do this summer,” she said, determined to continue her legal journey.
In an earlier episode, Kim told her sister Kourtney that a Prenuvo full-body scan detected an aneurysm that specialists say had likely been there for years.
After consulting renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Keith Black, she was warned that extreme stress could heighten potential risks.
Kim Kardashian attributed her elevated stress levels to studying, co-parenting, and the emotional weight of her 2022 divorce.
