Delta North Senator Ned Nwoko has stated that he has no intention of taking back his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels.
He also denied having any ongoing communication with her, insisting instead that she urgently requires therapy.
In a detailed statement shared on Instagram on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the lawmaker included screenshots of what he said was his final WhatsApp exchange with Regina.
According to him, the message dated October 17, 2025, was released to clarify the situation and reveal the ultimatum he gave regarding her rehabilitation.
Ned Nwoko alleged that Regina has been heavily influenced by hard drugs, which he claimed led to multiple violent and irrational outbursts.
The statement read:
“Senator Ned Nwoko is not chatting with Regina and does not want her back in the house.”
“All he is insisting on is that she should be encouraged to go to therapy.”
The lawmaker further dismissed Regina’s accusations of drug use and sexual misconduct against him, describing them as products of her imagination that cannot be proven.
