Nigeria’s Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award, recognizing her outstanding performances for both club and country between August 11, 2024, and August 2, 2025.

FIFA praised the Super Falcons and Paris FC shot-stopper for her remarkable form, highlighting her heroics in the Coupe de France final where she kept a clean sheet and saved two penalties as Paris FC defeated Paris Saint-Germain.
The football body also commended Nnadozie’s stellar international record, noting that she recorded four clean sheets in six matches as the Super Falcons triumphed over Morocco in Rabat to reclaim the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title.
