Gospel singer and pastor Nathaniel Bassey has revealed that he will be celebrating his 44th birthday in an unusual but deeply spiritual way.
He will celebrate his day with inmates at the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison in Lagos.
Taking to his Instagram page, the renowned worship leader announced that the celebration will include a special one-day edition of the Halleluyah Challenge.
This is a worship movement he pioneered in 2017
The movement has since become one of the largest online prayer and worship gatherings across Africa.
Expressing his excitement, Bassey wrote: “Tomorrow, for my birthday, I praise and celebrate with my brethren in prison.”
Also, the event is expected to create a vibrant atmosphere of praise and worship among the inmates
Over the years, the Halleluyah Challenge has brought together thousands of believers globally for one hour of worship each night.
It often yield to powerful testimonies of healing, deliverance, and divine breakthroughs.
