Tension filled the Big Brother Naija House after what began as a simple disagreement over a lighter quickly spiralled out of control.
In the heat of the moment, housemate Bright Morgan smacked fellow housemate Faith, an action that shocked many of the other contestants.
Later, the atmosphere in the lounge turned heavy as all housemates gathered to hear Big Brother’s decision.
His voice echoed through the House as he announced the punishment Bright Morgan would receive a double strike for violent behaviour.
With two strikes now to his name, one more could mean instant disqualification from the competition.
But Bright wasn’t the only one under scrutiny. Big Brother also addressed Kuture, who had been involved in the same altercation.
For threatening Faith with malicious intent, Kuture received a final warning a reminder that the rules of the game are as much about discipline as they are about strategy.
